For all bookings where I visit you at your hotel, I will require the name that you are booked under/booking Ref number and your room number. To verify this I will call the hotel before arriving and be connected to your room to speak to you for confirmation.

I really limit the number of clients per working day, although there are always last minute possibilities so give me a call and I will see what I can do.
